Thai Soup with seafood
Well, we do! 🙂 and considering that the holiday are still a mirage we want to speed up the time with this Thai style colorfull soup at under the shadow of a Palm tree and the sound of the waves in the background.
A perfect recipe that must be paired with our Anna's Giardiniera.
Ingredients per 2 persons
- Cuttlefish or squid
- Precooked Borlotti Beans150 gr
- Anna's Giardiniera
- Peeled tomatoes
- Red Onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Prepare the fried with an half red onion, extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic. Add the beans and a couple of peeled tomatoes and pour two ladles of water and four spoons of Anna's Giardiniera liquid. After 20 minutes remove the garlic and chop all with a mixer. Keep the soup warm
- In a non stick pan with a little bit of oil sear the prawns and the cuttlefish cut into strips.
- Add to the soup our Anna's Giardiniera, seafood, some raw onions ring and parsley.
