White Wine Vinegar and Sea Water Giardiniera
We called this recipe " Essential" because of of its clean and strong taste. The apple vinegar struck the palate without compromise and adds vigor to our crunchy vegetables enriched by the caper leaf.
Ingredients
Vegetables in varying proportions: (carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, fennel, onions (naturally containing SULPHITES), caper leaves), sea water for food, apple cider vinegar, concentrated grape juice
How to use
A vertical recipe to go with lavish cured pork, boiled meat, cotechino, cooked cured meats, sardines, anchovies and fresh or preserved mackerel.
How to keep it
Store it in a cool place away from sources of light. Pasteurized product.
