It is one of the most popular honeys, even among children, due to its easy mixability and delicate flavour, which also qualify it as a simple sweetener. Perfect for pairing with aged, savoury and spicy cheeses. Traditional medicine attributes to acacia honey invigorating, liver detoxifying and intestinal regulating properties; among the benefits of this honey, there is also an anti-inflammatory action on the upper airways.
