Puntarelle 53.3%, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil seasoning flavoured with
mandarin (extra virgin olive oil, natural mandarin extract) 5.9%, ANCHOVY fillets
(salted ANCHOVY pieces, sunflower seed oil) 4.6%, sea water for food use, water,
white dressing (white wine vinegar, concentrated grape must (contains SULPHITES)), vinegar
white wine, Giorgio Poeta citrus honey 0.1%.
How to use
Unusual appetizer to be served alone or accompanied with good bread or burrata and fresh dairy products. Excellent also to accompany grilled meats and legumes.

Store in a cool place away from light. Pasteurized product.
