The English kitchen meets Morgan's creativity: this is his version of the classic fish&chips, a crunchy breading that contains a soft codfish fillet to dip in our Morgan’s sweet and sour sauce in oil.
It takes 20 minutes to cook it, just 1 to devour it 😉

Ingredients per 2 persons

  • Skinless Codfish scallops 300gr
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Potato starch
  • Frying oil
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Fries
  • Morgan’s sweet and sour sauce in oil

Steps

  • Coat the fish with the potato starch, beaten egges and then bread crumbs.
  • Fry it for 4/5 minutes until golden brown. In another pan fry the potatoes.
  • Serve the fish and chips with a generous amount of our Morgan’s sweet and sour sauce in oil
