Somersaults con gusto

During summer the raw meat it's a must. Who wants, barbecue aside, to get into the kitchen in the heat of a summer day, after all?. Probably a few and brave people, we honestly prefer a fresh, colorfull and creativity.

Ingredients per 1 person

  • Thinly sliced beef
  • Morgan’s sweet and sour sauce in oil
  • Giovanni's Giardiniera
  • mixed salad
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Steps

  • If you don't love raw meat you can cook the roulade in over at 170°C for 6 minutes. Otherwise you can skip this passagge.
  • Fill the meat with a generous dose of Morgan’s sweet and sour sauce in oil and add salt and pepper on top.
  • Garnish the dish with our Giovanni's Giardiniera e the mixed salad.
