Somersaults con gusto

During summer the raw meat it's a must. Who wants, barbecue aside, to get into the kitchen in the heat of a summer day, after all?. Probably a few and brave people, we honestly prefer a fresh, colorfull and creativity.
Ingredients per 1 person
- Thinly sliced beef
- Morgan’s sweet and sour sauce in oil
- Giovanni's Giardiniera
- mixed salad
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Steps
- If you don't love raw meat you can cook the roulade in over at 170°C for 6 minutes. Otherwise you can skip this passagge.
- Fill the meat with a generous dose of Morgan’s sweet and sour sauce in oil and add salt and pepper on top.
- Garnish the dish with our Giovanni's Giardiniera e the mixed salad.
